I am Cameron Cortazzo. A 20 year old university student studying media who enjoys making films. I have aspirations in life to change the world or the way the world thinks. From a young age I have always been interested in nature and took a liking to Steve Irvin. From dress ups to animal capturing and nurturing animals at school I’ve always had a love for nature. My mother use to volunteer for wildlife services so from possums to lizards to wombats and birds we would look after for weeks to rehabilitate them and release them back into the wild which has influenced me from a young age.
I saw the application for this project and new that this project would be a step into the right direction for my film career and my goals in life. If I can actually make a difference to how young people interact with the environment through my storytelling then I’ll be that bit closer to how achieving my goals
