VISOR (Virtual and Interactive Simulations of Reality) Research Group

VisoR Research Group

@ Virtual Reality (VR) Lab, Simulation Hub

Our mission:

Excellence can be obtained if you
...care more than others think is wise;
...risk more than others think is safe;
...dream more than others think is practical;
...expect more than others think is possible.

VISOR (Virtual and Interactive Simulations of Reality) Research Group is an interdiciplinary research group located at the Department of Computing. VISOR was esablished in 2003 by A/Prof Manolya Kavakli and has trained 85 people to dtae in VR. VR lab is the home of VISOR. VISOR has strong links with the Macquarie University Research Center, CEPET (Centre for Elite Performance, Expertise, and Training).
